The practice is not open around the clock.
We see patients Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. We treat dogs and cats only.
When not to wait until morning
If your pet has difficulty breathing, is unconscious or so weak that it does not respond, has seizures, is bleeding heavily, has had an accident or injury, or you suspect poisoning, do not wait until the practice opens. Go to a 24-hour clinic.
24-hour clinics
The nearest 24-hour clinics are in Wrocław, about 50 km from us (around an hour’s drive). Call before you set off so that the clinic knows you are coming.

What can help on the way

After hours: frequently asked questions
Do you see patients on Sundays and public holidays?
No. Sundays and public holidays are non-working days for the practice.
Is there a 24-hour phone number for a vet?
No, we do not run a 24-hour on-call service. In an emergency after hours, go to a 24-hour clinic (see the list above).
Can I call the practice at night?
As a rule, no. The exception is patients after invasive procedures who may need assistance: we agree this with the owner when the animal is collected.
What should I do if my pet fell ill in the evening but looks fine?
Keep an eye on it, and in the morning call reception and describe the symptoms. If its condition gets worse, do not wait until morning.
Can I come without an appointment?
We book visits in advance. During opening hours, call reception and we will tell you how to proceed.
